It’s official– the H1N1 swine flu virus has grown so large that it has infected fashion. In the case of designer Marjan Kooroshnia, this isn’t a bad thing. This designer’s swine flu masks are both visually appealing and technically progressive. Kooroshnia’s flu masks are printed with thermochromic ink that responds to the body temperature of their wearer. Should your breathing temp begin to increase, these masks change color to alert you and passers by. While we love this design, we’re hoping they’re not needed and the worst of our current pandemic is behind us. [marjan kooroshnia via ecuoterre] View in gallery View in gallery
